Ruaridh Jackson marked his return to Glasgow colours with a try The Warriors rounded off their pre-season preparations with a 40-23 win over Dragons in Wales this afternoon. Glasgow's six tries came from Rory Hughes, Ruaridh Jackson, Nick Grigg, Scott Cummings, Sam Johnson and Paddy Kelly. Adam Hastings and Peter Horne added the extras. George Turner and Lelia Masaga made their first appearances in Glasgow colours. After the game Dave Rennie told glasgowwarriors.org: "It was a good second-half. I thought we were flat in the first, but I was really pleased with the increase in tempo in the second-half. "These games have been an opportunity for players to make a bit of a statement. The games have given us confidence that we have some good young kids coming through. The depth is going to be important. "A handful more (players) will be added to the squad for next weekend, whether it's from a starting spot or via the bench we'll see." Try scorer Sam Johnson said: "It was a pretty disappointing first-half but we played a high temp game in the second period. "When we went through the phases we were quite damaging, it's just the consistency of doing that now."
