DTH has been sidelined after suffering successive dead legs and the flu, but will be on the Glasgow bench at the Cardiff Stadium as he looks to help Glasgow end a two game losing streak.
DTH told the Evening Times: "I can't wait to make my debut as it has been so frustrating sitting in the stands since I got here. With a bit of luck the fact I have a deceptive running style because my centre of gravity is so low will help me fly under the Blues' radar and hopefully I can deliver a try on my first appearance in a Glasgow shirt.
"But there is more to my game than pace. I love the contact and that has maybe been a problem in the backs for us on a couple of occasions this season so hopefully I can make a difference offensively and defensively. But I can't wait to get started."
