Chris Fusaro starts for Glasgow
Chris Fusaro is eager to impress when he lines up for Glasgow Warriors in tomorrow night's Magners League match with Cardiff Blues at Firhill.

The young Academy flanker has been playing his club rugby with Heriot's but he's been linked with a move to Glasgow next season. If the move went through he'd team-up with Richie Gray and Peter Horne - colleagues from last season's Scotland U20 side.

Chris told the Telegraph: "It's a massive opportunity for me and I'm really looking forward to getting out there and giving it my all. I've known I would be in the team since the beginning of this week. I'd love to be here next year. There's nothing concrete yet, but this is a big opportunity for me to stake a claim. There's a lot of competition in the back row at Glasgow, so when a chance like this comes along you can't let it pass you by. You have to go out there and take it."

If Chris needs any inspiration he need look no further than Richie Gray's progress over the past few months. Richie played club rugby with West Of Scotland for much of last season but he's grabbed his chance with Glasgow and made his Scotland debut as a replacement against France at Murrayfield three weeks ago.

"It gives you a lot of confidence when you know someone you've played with has already done it," said Chris. "It lets you know that it's not impossible and hopefully you're not too far away."
