Euan appeared at Murrayfield on Wednesday evening, but following his hearing, it appears that legal difficulties are causing a delay to the board being able to make a decision.
A decision is expected tomorrow, so Euan has been permitted to travel to Dublin. Andy Kelly and Eric Milligan are also travelling to provide cover if necessary.
