Pro rugby can be a short career so players are taking more time to prepare for careers outside rugby.

In the same way that British cycling was transformed by the "accumulation of marginal gains" the Warriors are putting their fine form down to the addition of nail care to their training and preparation regime.

BBC Scotland have spoken to Glasgow's Alastair Kellock, Jon Welsh and Duncan Weir about their entrepreneurial spirit and their plans to transform the matchday experience for visitors to Scotstoun Stadium.
