Coach Sean Lineen has also reminded supporters it's their last chance this season to head to Hughenden and give the side a boost.
With just two defeats at Hughenden across all competitions this season, the Warriors' record at home speaks for itself and with three straight wins over Leinster, Magners League leaders at the time, Connacht and Ulster in recent weeks, Sean's side go into this game full of confidence.
The win over Ulster at their fortress, Ravenhill, combined with the fact that the home side that night went into the game with their eyes on retaining the Magners League title, demonstrated just how far the Warriors have come this season.
Tomorrow's opponents, the Ospreys, have similar ambitions and are sitting in third place, with a game in hand over Leinster and new leaders Cardiff Blues. Glasgow are three spots below but in with a chance of finishing in the league's top five, so there is no doubt that this will be a strongly contested match.
Sean said: "We'd really like to see the fans head down to Hughenden tomorrow to see for themselves what this team has achieved in recent weeks. These are exciting times for Glasgow and we are extremely proud of our home record this season.
"We're up against one of the most consistent teams in the league and they are going for the title. We'll have to go up yet another notch from our fantastic performance last week against Ulster but we know we are capable of delivering something special against the Ospreys.
"There is real pride and passion in the Warriors jersey and the players are playing for Glasgow and for each other. It's the last chance to come down and see us this season so we're hoping for a bumper crowd to get behind the team.
"We also say goodbye to some players who have given a tremendous amount to Glasgow over the years but who are moving on to new challenges ahead of next season. Our former captain Jon Petrie retires from the game while others such as Graeme Beveridge and Rory Lamont head south to the English Premiership. They go with our thanks for all they have given this team over the years and with our best wishes for the opportunities ahead," he added.
