Dave is replaced by West Of Scotland's Graham Fisken for the Las Vegas leg of the IRB World Series.
Scotland coach, Graham Shiel, said: "Dave [McCall] has been struggling since Wellington so we thought it best to make the change as we can't risk going into an international event, with all the rigours and running that come with it, with an 11-man squad."
