The Warriors have won their last two outings against a Blues side who were on the wrong end of a 48-19 defeat to Ulster last weekend. However, Chris Fusaro has no doubt that only Glasgow's best will do if his team are to grab a win in Wales.
The Glasgow flanker told the Evening Times: "We are under no illusions that Cardiff will be playing with a lot of determination and hunger to restore their pride after their heavy defeat against Ulster.
"A loss like that at the Arms Park will be a sore one for them to have swallowed especially as they have just returned to home turf and how important the venue is to them.
"So we can expect them to be very fired up and particularly early on the forwards exchanges are likely to be brutal.
"But we are three games unbeaten now and we have some momentum behind us and it is vital with the European campaign beginning at Northampton on Sunday week we go into that one on the back of a win.
"I think we can also take a lot of positives from the fact we won on our last time in Cardiff, but the flip side of that is it is only going to make them even more determined tomorrow night."
