Gordon's second-half try helped the Warriors to a historic win in front of a sell-out audience of 10,000, the vast majority of whom were supporting the hosts, and the prop explained that their support kept the players going to the end.
"It was absolutely amazing to be out there with all those fans," said Gordon in today's Herald. "The atmosphere was incredible. At the end, the boys were running on empty, but the crowd just gave them that extra lift they needed, the extra bit they needed to make the tackle or get to the breakdown or carry the ball. We need that every time.
"The crowd is always good here, but they gave us that bit extra tonight. That extra noise makes a big difference."
The Warriors players and fans will know later today who they will meet in the final in two weeks' time, as Leinster and Ulster meet in the second semi-final in Dublin. If Ulster win, Glasgow will have home advantage in the final as the higher finisher in the regular season. If Leinster win, the Warriors will travel to Dublin.
