Graeme Morrison makes his competitive debut for Glasgow on Friday.
Graeme Morrison faces a baptism of fire on Friday as he makes his first competitive appearance for for Glasgow against Cardiff at Hughenden in the opening weekend of the new Celtic League.

The former Hawk was in great form in the warm-up victory over Newcastle but he said: "Facing a team like Cardiff in a competitive situation will be a massive step up.

"However, this is why I have wanted to be a pro rugby player and I am relishing the challenge.''

Backs coach Sean Lineen said: "If you are good enough you are good enough -no matter your age. Graeme can do a sound job both in attack and defence.

"The win against Newcastle was great but now we face the real blood and snotters stuff.'' said Lineen.
