Colin Gregor has a busy season ahead of him
New apprentice, Colin Gregor, has a busy season ahead of him with Glasgow and the Scotland's sevens squad, but he hopes he'll have time to help out his club, Watsonians.

On the Watsonians website Colin talks about his plans for the season ahead.

Colin said: "I am currently spending my days training with Glasgow in preparation for the new season. However come October time I'll be returning to university, this time at Heriot-Watt to undertake a one year property development type course. This will mean I will be moving back to Edinburgh around the start of September and I will be at last be able to increase my participation at Watsonians again."

Colin added "Whilst I'm looking forward to any opportunities that may arise with Glasgow, I am also keen to play a major role in hopefully a very successful season for Watsonians, at both 15s and 7s!"

Colin is widely regarded as being one of Scotland's greatest exponenets of the seven-a-side game and he has a busy season ahead of him. He said: "With Scotland's increased emphasis on 7s and, therefore, their participation at all 8 IRB tournaments it should be exciting times for exponents of the abbreviated game too. Not to mention the upcoming world cup in March."
