Andy Hall will make an early return to Hughenden
Glasgow Warriors will start the Celtic League season with a game against Newport Gwent Dragons at Hughenden.

The game is scheduled for the weekend of 2-4 September.

The match could see an early return to Hughenden for Andy Hall who left Glasgow at the end of last season. Andy has signed a two-year deal with the Dragons.

BBC reported the game was on Saturday - Celtic League site also mixed up our Connacht/Leinster fixtures.

Does that mean Galway in September and Dublin in May?

No they've corrected them. They originally said we were in Galway on Sep 9,10,11 and finished season at home to Leinster.

Yeah, looks like it may very well be Saturday night - that's what the Dragons website is reporting.

Another bloody shambles!! when are we going to find out how many home games are on a friday night, or are we going to be expected to be playing guessing games as to the days of the week and times that home games will be played, as per last season????

I am afraid television dictates. If they can tell Rangers and Celtic when to play, they can certainly tell the Celtic League clubs.

The Irish still seem unsure about the fixture list - they still have us travelling to Galway in September.

Leinster are going to be disappointed when they turn up at Hughenden and find we're in Galway that weekend.

Fixtures still in a tizzy.

Looks like more "professionalism" from the Celtic League!

The games were released a few days earlier than they should have been too. Maybe that's where the problem lies.

Then again the league was run from a house in Leicestershire, it seems it's now being run from a house in Glasgow! All very professional!
