Head coach Frank Hadden has made four changes in the starting line-up. Chris Cusiter is introduced at scrum-half and Allan Jacobsen, Scott and Craig Smith form the front-row.
On the bench, the conventional 4-3 split between forwards and backs is restored with Phil Godman included, thus Bruce Douglas is the only member of the 22 on duty last weekend not to be involved against Samoa.
Frank Hadden said: "We set down to pick a team to win the match and we'd never compromise on that aim. We've made changes because we want to show confidence in our squad. We have four really good players – the scrum half and front-row – who are worthy of an opportunity this weekend.
"In the front-row many clubs now rotate in that area and it's no reflection on performance of any player from last weekend."
