Chris Kinloch hopes his patience pays off
Chris Kinloch hopes patience will pay off and playing with Currie will help his case for a starting spot with Glasgow Warriors.

Chris helped Currie to a 41-18 win over Dundee in the opening weekend of the new Premiership season. The 20-year-old came on in the second half and helped himself to a try with his first touch of the ball.

"Obviously there isn't a position for me at Glasgow at the moment, so I'm just happy to be playing for Currie," he told the Evening News. "I've respected Currie for a few seasons now – I've played against them for (Edinburgh) Accies. I came down on Thursday and all the guys were really welcoming. I'm pleased to be part of the team.

"Obviously I'm hoping to break into the Glasgow team but I've just got to be patient. I need to try and make a good impression for Currie and you never know what might happen later in the season."
