Gordon Reid, Michael Cusack and Dougie Hall get the nod as front row replacement options, while lock/back-row forward James Eddie is set for his first competitive involvement in front of the Warriors crowd since suffering a shoulder injury back in January.
Chris Fusaro is also among the replacements, with back-line cover provided by scrum-half Henry Pyrgos, stand-off Duncan Weir, and centre Peter Horne.
Gregor told www.glasgowwarriors.org: “As ever, Friday night will require a real 23-man effort from our group.
“We’re extremely happy with the quality we have on the bench, as was the case against Ulster last weekend. The players who came on at Ravenhill certainly made a significant impact, and we’ll be looking to this week’s replacements to do likewise.
“We’ve now had our team run on the main pitch at Scotstoun Stadium and can’t wait to get out there on Friday.
“It’s a huge night for the whole club and everyone connected with Glasgow Warriors is raring to go.”
