Seven of the Friday matches will be shown live on BBC ALBA starting this Friday (7 April) with Ayrshire Bulls hosting Glasgow Warriors A at Millbrae (ko 7.35pm), with commentary from Hugh Dan MacLennan.
Throughout the FOSROC Super Series Sprint the Saturday 5.00pm games will be shown live on both the Scottish Rugby website, BBC Sport Scotland website and BBC iPlayer, including this weekend's match where Heriot's Rugby host Edinburgh Rugby A.
Both the Friday (7.35pm) and the Saturday (5.00pm) matches will be available live to those living outside of the UK on the Scottish Rugby website.
The first three rounds will have two games played simultaneously on Friday nights with one of the two games being featured live on BBC ALBA. After the professional A teams step down from Round 4, the format will see one live game on Friday nights with the same Saturday schedule.
A highlights package featuring all matches from across the weekend, including those not being broadcast live, will be available every Monday night on the Scottish Rugby website following each round of games.
This Friday night will also see Stirling Wolves welcoming Boroughmuir Bears to Bridgehaugh and Watsonians Rugby take on Southern Knights on Saturday to complete the opening weekend.
The commentary team for the FOSROC Super Series Sprint includes: Paul Mitchell, Jamie Lyall, Stuart McFarlane, Bruce Millar, Dale Clancy, Andrew Petrie, Chris Paterson, Lee Jones, Colin Gregor, Tom Brown and Heather Lockhart.

The broadcasting of 14 live matches will allow us to shine a spotlight on the next generation of professional players, coaches and match officials in Scotland, whilst providing a platform to showcase what is sure to be an entertaining seven weeks of rugby."
