Fergus Burke has been linked with a move to Scotland
Scottish Rugby has reportedly made a bid to bring Crusaders fly-half Fergus Burke to Scotland to join Glasgow Warriors and put himself in the mix for the national team.

According to a report in the Daily Mail Burke, currently recovering from an Achilles injury suffered in 2023, is the target of interest as Scotland look to bolster depth at stand-off.

Mail Sport understands that parties are in talks over a deal that would bring Burke to Glasgow Warriors and bring him into national contention.

Burke has been regarded as a potential successor to departed All Black No 10 Richie Mo'unga. Burke is out of contract with NZR and the Crusaders at the end of 2024.

Current Scotland internationals Adam Hastings and Rory Sutherland have already been linked with moves to Glasgow while it's also thought Scottish Rugby are also eager to add Sale Sharks stars Aaron Reed, Tom Roebuck and Gus Warr to their ranks.
